I help Mary Hartline, of the 1950's show The Super Circus, from time to time. We have been organizing her things and thinking about selling some items. Among the items we came across recently is this movie script from 1953 autographed by Rita Hayworth, Aldo Ray and Jose Ferrer. I just thought anyone who remembers any of these for stars might get a kick out of seeing it.

I was born in 1953, so I don't remember it.

I know movies by Hayworth and Ferrer, but don't think I know who the other guy is. What a neat find. That would probably generate some intrest in a couple of different collector markets. Both actors heyday were before my time but I grew up watching the old movies and still love to watch them. That was before all the screenwriters in Hollywood died and they had to recycle old tv shows and comic books.

Now that I see a picture, I know the actor just never knew the name.

Mary is full of great stories. She has been everywhere and done everything. Her last husband was the heir to the Woolworth fortune. I love hearing about the elegant parties and seeing all the great pictures.

The most amazing thing is she still fits into the costume from the show beautifully!! I can only hope to be so gorgeous when I'm in my 80's!

I'd never seen Rita Hayworth's autograph before. It's so elegant and beautiful!

I have a friend who's a gigantic Old Hollywood buff. I'll have to send her a link to this post. :)

You should get this lady's memories on tape. Why not suggest that to her so she could send her memories down through the ages to those deprived folks who will never know the life of real elegance?
