I once heard it said that one takes (or used to take) fatty tissue from your backside to puff up the lips. The report went on to say that all the guys should think of what it is they're kissing!
I'm not really up on these puff-up methods, so I can't say if this is accurate. But it sure makes you want to turn up the corners of your puffed lips and smile!!
