And what about the phoney cheekbones? Some of them are so big I don't know how they can see past them.
Cher and Joan Rivers get my votes for the most plastic look to their faces, now that Michael Jackson is gone. RIP.
I've read somewhere that Hollywood is a very small town. If you don't belong to the right church (for males and females), or have the right surgeries (obviously for the females) then you can't get work.

This is THE BEST thread! I am just laughing and agreeing and giggling away! Everyone is SO RIGHT!! :)
But, if most people feel this way... why do they keep doing it?? Or is it just that Quilters are the only normal people around. :) :)

By the way females are portrayed, especially on TV, you must have lots
of cleavage shown, use excessive make-up, have long/straight hair,
and definitely be under 30! When was last time you saw a lovely, middle
(or greater) aged woman given as much TV time.... guess you know I am
pretty fed up.

or even a normal twenty somthing year old one whose had a baby or two and still has a bit off the baby curves? im pregnant with my third child and the advertisments for matirnity clothes bug me cause i sure dont know many mothers that look like those adds. Knocked Up is a silly movie but i apreciated that they made the woman in there look like a real person.
