Default Does this bring back memories?

This guy was purchased as a fabric panel in 1971, I think it was. Actually from a Frank's Nursery. He did require some assembly, I added the bells and with embroidery floss I embellished the bear, and Santas beard. My boys were so very little........thanks for looking....calla

I don't remember the panel (I would have been 9 at the time )
    I'm a Santa fanatic/collector - he is gorgeous!

Very cool. I had a couple of panels that were Angel Dolls, got them in the late 70's - but didn't sew them until I had my daughters in the 80's. They called them their Christmas Angels. No idea what happened to them - may be in a bin with other toys in the garage.

I remember the look of him.I bought my daughters dolls to sew together and stuff, they were sold in fabric section and had to be stuffed. That was in the 70s. They are in their mid to late 40s now. The dolls got thrown away when the were out grown and worn out.

I was a cashier at Frank's Nursery and Crafts in the early 70's. It was my high school summer job. Nice Santa.
