Doll Break
#1
We made this cute little doll, pattern by Jill Maas at my doll meet. some friends and I meet every Wednesday and we usually do a doll. I think next week will make a turkey.
I love our little group. There are four of us. No meeting, no minutes, no discussions, except what we are going to sew next and best of all no bosses hahahahhaahha
This is Holly and she was my doll break from quilting for a little time.
If you want to read about some of the things I did to complete her, you can read a lot of it at my doll blog.
Her hands and legs are wired, she stands by herself. I curved her fingers because she is supposed to hold a box/present...I need to do that yet.
Oh wait!! I just gotta tell you. I did all her clothing on my Feather Weight. I used the ruffler and the 1/4 inch hemmer. I forgot how sweet this little machine sews....
