I LOVE hummingbirds! I live in Seattle and have 1-2 in my yard during the summer. Next summer I'm going to put out the feeder that I bought years ago so that I can attract them. I saw the most magnificently colored ones I've ever seen when I was traveling in Turkey--bright irridescent green & purple and TEENY TINY! They almost looked like insects rather than hummingbirds.

One year this little bird was so cold that when Rocky went out to feed him he allowed Rocky to hold him while he ate. They have pictures it is so sweet.

Thanks for sharing your lovely hummingbirds with us. They are amazing. I can sit on the porch and tehy will fly and "buzz" right up and hover around me, no fear. It's God's work, I tell you. ROFl. HUGS
