Do any of the rest of you have dialogs like this?

    DH: What's for supper/dinner/lunch?
DW: I don't know. What do you want?
DH: Whatever you want to fix.
DW: Nothing. What's your second choice?
    DH: Whatever.
DW: We don't have any of that.

As DW - I usually manage to find something for DH - but it is helpful when he says "I would really enjoy ____" - especially if the ingredients for _______ are in the house.

At our house it's much the same...in reverse!

Him...what do you want to eat?
    Me...Food.

He rolls his eyes and goes and finds me something! LOL

I've learned not to ask what do your want. I give him 3 choices I'm willing to fix at the time. :)

Me: What do you wanna eat?
DH: I don't know. What do you wanna eat?
Me: I don't know. What do you wanna eat?

For us, the game ends when one of us cracks up.

My hubby does all the cooking...yoohoo...so I am the one saying "What's for dinner"? My boys who are both grown on their own both love to cook to.

I love reading about husbands who do the cooking. I have a wonderful husband who cooks for us. Sometimes I "choose" not to eat it all, but I NEVER complain about it.
