Does anyone else have them? They are driving me crazy! Years ago we had June Bugs here. At least they would stay outside. Earwigs come in at night in any little crack. They are the ugliest things. It seems where ever I look I find them. My garage door key pad has them. They are even inside my mailbox. Does anybody know how to get rid of them? I have 3 cats so I don't want anything that will harm them.

spray all around the outside of the house, especially anywhere you have mulching. Earwigs are a pretty good indication of DAMP/WET areas. Spray not only the dirt around the house but where the house meets the foundation...
we live in South Alabama so DH has learned all about bug spray LOL
There are plenty of "green" bug sprays out now so if you want to use something like that, it should work...
DH uses malathion but that's us

Talk to a professional regarding what to use. The guy that does our store also does restaurants and nursing homes and the stuff he uses works really well, doesn't smell bad, and is safe...but I don't know what it is.

We have had a problem in Southern Ontario the last couple of weeks. We've also had a lot of rain and I hate earwigs! I even found them in my dishwasher and watched them trying to crawl through the patio door screen. So far I've just stepped on them or vaccuumed them up. The cat is no help as he won't eat them unlike the June bugs which he devours. Hopefully they find new places soon.

I have them AND June bugs :hunf: We have been told there is nothing that will get rid of them completely  THEY are everywhere ! I haven't seen any in the house yet this season, but it is not unusually to see a couple by the doors .
The only good thing about winter NO BUGS
