    Got SO very fed up with trying to peel garlic cloves ,that stuck to my fingers and skin went everywhere.
    SOLVED-- just soak the cloves in water 8 mins or so before use , skin then just slips off -----wonderful!!!

    Great tip if I need them whole. Normally, I just squash them and they slip right out of the peeling, but then, they are squashed. Doesn't look so appetizing with 40 clove chicken.
