    And it isn't antique--note the serged edges-- that piece of equipment for home sewers is in area of 40 years and when they first came out they were not in everyone's sewing room like they are today. Just a thought.

    I agree. People take too many liberties with the word 'antique'. I noticed the quilt was serged.

    Just imagine though, one of us could buy it then have 100+ entries for the ugly fabric contest on QB!

    I just picked up some uphostery fabric sample books, free, and these "antique" pieces look a lot like the samples in my books.

    I am not sure that Goodwill would be happy with it. Did you notice that the edges were serged and rippled?
