I was sorry to see that she had passed. One of the highlights of my life was meeting her in person in California many years ago. Neat lady.

I know this sounds odd, but I feel like I lost a friend. I always loved her movies and as some of you have said, she was a classy lady. I guess because my birthday is near hers, I always felt a connection to her. I will miss her.

...she was Paris Hilton's great-grandmother, in a manner of speaking, as she was married to Paris' great-grandfather, Nickie Hilton (Liz's first of many husbands)

My all time favorite. She was and exceptional actress. I loved her movies, especially Giant and Butterfield 8. I was told that I looked like her, by a lot of people, in my younger years. I didn't have those violet eyes though.

Other than doing a great job in "Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolf," I really liked her for....her laugh! It was so sincere and loud and full of I-don't-give-a-dang.

Very sad when we lose someone who has been a part of our lives through film/media for so many years. Truly a woman who got the max out of life....so a life lived full and well.

I believe she was a tireless worker, spokesperson and fundraiser for HIV/AIDS charities and touched many lives in a very real and positive way.

She was awesome in that moive. They don't make movies like that any more. It has to be blood and guts or sex with foul language. And they wonder why teens uses so much profanity :-( She made so many good moives she will be miss.
Doesnt it make you wonder why that have to be so much details these days? I don't know about you but less is better for me. I do like horror movies but gosh they make it look so real that it gross!
