    hopefully you're doing the embroidery BeFORE you put the sandwich together, that way it won't show on the back

    how about putting the info on a separate piece of fabric and then you can cut it into a shape, animal, teddy bear or something that would enhance the quilt; even a rattle would do and then you can applique it. this way if you make a mistake you don't have to undo your quilt.
