I ordered a pair of those gloves you wear for your hands, half fingers, from a goodie book. Got them, put them up, cause I have the ones I get at Hancocks, just wanted to have extra. Yeah, you guessed it, I haven't found those gloves yet. And I am very organized in my sewing room, I have everything written down in a binder, what drawer, what cabinet etc. where things are. Nope they are not listed...I still take a notion to look again every so often. No luck yet..drives me batty...

That's for sure. When our DDs were little, we knew there was a little man living the sink to steal socks, dishtowels etc.Think he must be into sewing stuff these days. :) :)

Me, too! I lost my sewing room to my DD 13 years ago. It's all in bins in the basement waiting for the day when I can make a space for it all again. I keep trying to convince DH to add on to the house, but he won't go for it. Something to do with $$$. I just don't get it. ;) For now, sewing room is the kitchen table.

I can't find anything in my sewing area. The kids "cleaned" the house for me and guess where everything that they didn't know what to do with landed? In my sewing area, of course. Now I have to find a path to the stuff I need. I need to start spending 15 minutes (FlyLady anyone?) a day getting it back together. I have a kids hand quilting class I am teaching next month and I need to get to my supplies and make examples! Panic!! Think I'll go do a 15 minute stretch right now, before I have go to work.

Well, let me see....I keep finding my bed in there each time I complete a quilt/sewing project. ALWAYS good to see it decked out in one of my quilts....don't get to see that quilt often....
