just be sure you don't open any of them. Some are mass generated, and only register to the sender if opened. Then they know they have hit a valid email address.

These go to a seperate spam folder. That is how I knew how many for sure. I was just wondering how many came thru so thats whay I didn't delete for a week. Once in a while I get one of those bad ones in my inbox, but since I take computer in every so often to get checked, my computer lady keeps my firewall & stuff up to standards.

I get close to a 1000 a week in my spam folder :roll:
I scan through them just to make sure nothing gets sent there that shouldn't.
It seems like they come in waves... I think they get our email addys when family/friends forward without using the BCC :(
