    Step 1 : Hold 5 pound potato bag in each hand, extend arms straight out to sides, move up and down for 10 minutes.

    Step 2 : Progress to 10 pound potato bags. Same movement and duration.

    Step 3: Increase to 15 pound, 20, 25, 30 in weekly sessions.

    Step 4 : After 50 pound bag mark has been mastered being the last stage of exercises.......start putting potatoes in bags :roll:

    But I was thinking "50 pounds is some serious muscle!"
