These are addicting, I was bit by the basket bug last year. Your projects look astounding. Love how you did that handle, going to remember that !
One note to anyone wanting to make these, wrap your strips on the cord tightly, as you can see in her pictures her baskets are firm, firm is good. loosly wrapped cord leads to floppy baskets (as I saw at my LQS).
Also one tip I found is to use a sweater shaver for the strings when you complete your project.

I love making them as well - so i share your addiction. Nearly every male's reaction to them is to immediately pop one on his head (no matter what his age). It has inspired me to make a few hats using the same media and techniques.
