I am only using what is in my stash, so will need to see what i have that will work from within the color palete in the blocks. I was also thinking about bordering/framing each block in the black and find another color to make it wider, not too worried about the length.

Have you tried Stevia for a sweetner? It is supposed to be plant based and better for you according to Dr. Oz. Yes the artificial sweetners are not good for you but Stevia is OK. There was a segment on Dr. Oz regarding sweetners and margarine. Good luck, hope you have a good month.

    Default Question about Teddy Bears

Is there anywhere to sell Teddy Bears? My cousin had a collection of collectible Teddies and I don't know what to do with them? Any ideas?

Good Morning ....I,m gathering up some things for Airwick to send as soon as we get her address. The gift cert. sounds like a great idea for the larger things she may need. Cindy please contact me with info when you get it, and I am keeping her in my prayers.
I just weighed this morning and I have a reduction in my numbers of just over 2# so I am happy. Been cutting back on my portions and drinking more water. Now all I have to do is keep it up for the rest of the month.
I have to share my JOY with you all. I am now, thanks to my dearest husband of 51 years tomorrow the proud owner of a Husqvarna Viking Ruby DeLuxe . I just keep pinching myself. Now to take the classes and have fun.
Keep up the good work you are all doing so well. Cindy those gained pounds will come off as soon as you get regulated and can get back off the insulin. You are also in my prayers for quick improvement.
    Hugs to all
    Gail

When I get back home, some of us that swim are going to do a "Weigh In". I believe that helps keep one motivated especially if you see some progress. We do water aerobits three times a week. I find that doing the aerobics and then swimming some laps are the best workouts for me. We also "Mall Walk" at least two times a week.

Cindy, the T-shirt quilt is turning out great!
Here's what I am working on. My 2nd scrappy 9-patch mystery and this afternoon I made a new valance for my kitchen.

Cindy I said a prayer for you to feel better, and be able to get things under control.

We are going to see my son and daughter in law this evening, and having dinner. This will be a challenge for me.
We usually stay late, because after dinner we all get together for a game of either scrabble or another, and enjoy ourselves.

I have begun a quilt top for my bed. The Trip Around the World. I am using florals in it, and will see how it turns out. I am doing it by hand so I can work on it while I am watching tv, and relaxing.
I am also trying to finish up a wallhanging for the swap. Just finished a needle book for my sister's birthday. She needed one.
