Pam H (board or pc won't let me reply w a quote, grrr):

I just watched the video and I know everything they are saying is true!
I've been saying for years that some (lots) of foods cause pain and inflammation and irritability.
This was very interesting, thank you!

Cindy the t-shirt quilt looks good. I do not enjoy making them even though they aren't really that difficult. I could probably make them almost full time if I wanted to. I made a rock and roll one for a friend and tons of his friends would love one. I did charge my friend for fabric and my time. I don't see how I could really charge even close to what it would be worth. Even when friends want one I hesitate to do it.
A friend from my guild has just upgraded her design wall. she is giving me the old one. I am picking it up this afternoon if the rain holds off long enough. We only have a pickup truck, nothing covered so I will have to dodge the rain. I also was going to stop and get me some peg board to hang my rulers on. I inherieted a ton of different rulers when my SIL bought a yarn store that at one time tried to be a quilt shop too. I have a bunch of the specialized creative grids rulers. Not even sure what I have. I need to play with them there are some easy cool designs to use them for.

After I finish this t-shirt quilt, I have 2 more to make for another friend. You are right they aren't very difficult once you knnow what you are doing. They are time consuming more than anything, having to cut them apart, stablize them, frame them and pray they are all the same size. At least the other 2 I have to do, will not have the small pocket areas to be added. They are all about the same size to start with.

I am with you I don't know that I will do them any more after these are done.

Attended a healthy eating seminar at the chiropractors office. The offered a 28 day challenge, so I am in. No sugar for 6 days and know I will feel better soon. It really is easier to have none than alittle. Seems a little needs alittle more and a little more. On one of the days the question was What is your big Why? They said weaing a swimsuit this summer isn't big a enough why. I want to be healthy and dercrease pain and live to see my grandchildren. Another question was are you motivated by pleasure or pain? I'm a definite pleasure girl I haven't decided a big reward at goal wt or smaller goals and rewards... still pondering. Pain motivator I saw in the testimonials were running a marathon or having a friend post their WT on facebook if they didn't meet there goal... neither would work for me.

Jodi........this sounds very interesting. I might have problems with the no sugar. I would love to hear more about it as you go through.

    Keep up your good work.
