Wow do I ever feel out of the loop! Just got home from at 19 day adventure - RV trip from St Augustine Fl to Tempe AZ still yawning! Went to bed last night about 9pm. Sooo good to be back in my for real bed.

Can't believe it, weighed in this morning and didn't gain but didn't lose either. Had some wonderful REAL tacos in Tempee. So all those good meals in the RV paid off.

Now, to catch up: I can't find the info for Airwick - can someone lead me to the post please. I have more fabric and supplies than any one person should.

Blondi - I pray your little one is well. Cindy R that diabetes! ouch you are on my prayer list too - I hope you can find the correct balance of medicine and diet to allow you to feel better and lose the weight you want.

I'm sure I have missed others on this site who have concerns and I will try and catch up. With being on a weight loss program for four months my big monthly losses are probably over but I do find such encouragement from all of you. So a big thank you to each of you on our quest! I'll probably never win the material prize but know I will win my personal loss prize and that works for me. It's just so nice to be on this journey with other like minded friends.

Looking forward to hearing from y'all and jumping in now and them - taking each day one and a time - Peace, Linda

Daisy no information on how to get ahold of Airwick are posted anywhere. She sent me a personal email with her address. i will send you a PM with her contact information.

As of right now she has not let me know if she has received her winnings for last month. It should have been delivered on last saturday.

Sounds like you had a good trip. Glad you didn't gain any weight. I am still gaining. UGH I am working on the balance now.

Well wishes, and prayers for those sick or having treatments. My computer died the other day, and my husband had to find me another. Went yesterday for my Rhuematologist visit, and had 11 vials of blood taken to be tested. One good thing though was they weighed me, and I am so happy to report since I weighed on the first, I have lost 13 pounds. I hope I can keep it up, and just stay on track slowly.

I am happy to hear what everyone has been doing. I know I don't know many of you, but I enjoy hearing and getting to know you.

MY sewing had been halted, because of health issues, but back to sewing some tonight I hope.

Cindy, my husband is on insulin, and his goes all over the place. It can be a full time job just dealing with that.

Went to a new doctor today for the female check up and to see about getting my hormones back in check with the bioidentical stuff. We'll see! BUT... she had a brochure on Bella Nutra nutrition program. Anyone ever tried it or heard of it for weight loss and lifestyle change for eating?? They are suppose to call me in a day or two to fill me in on the details.

well, I know I'm losing something, just haven't had time in past few days to even check. Last check showed another loss though.
Today I realized I have to change around some of my foods bc my tummy is getting irritated.
Just when I am making some progress!
I'll forge on though, bc I am serious about not sliding back to the mind bending fatigue I was having before.
I just have to make sure and eat enough salt. (I drink tons of water!)

Happy Valentines Day..........watch the sugar you may take in today. I love those little candy hearts and usually buy me a bag. I have resisted every time I have gone to the store. One person at work has them in a candy dish on his desk, I have gotten a few but am trying to stay completely away from them.

Yes I know with the diabetes and sugars all over the place I dont need them.

Time to finish getting ready for work, get my food together for the day. Which is a challenge for me this week as I didn't do a good job planning for the week. I am off tomorrow and monday so for the next 2 weeks will do better planning.

    Have a wonderful day.

"Blonde hope your baby is OK."

Day before yesterday we had to make the decision to let our sweet Xandy Bear go. She had developed a degenerative disease, laryngeal paralysis, and her vocal chords would no longer open and shut properly so that she could breathe efficiently without being intubated. Surgical options had a poor outlook and since she was 10 & 1/2, diabetic and blind we decided that it would be wrong to put her through a surgical procedure that would most likely fail. Right now we're reeling from the suddeness of losing her but life goes on and God willing we will meet again one day. I'm attaching a picture of her in her finery as Queen of the Michigan Basset Rescue Waddle. In her time she raised thousands of dollars for basset hound rescue.

My heart goes out to you. I know what it is like to lose your best friend. Dogs give us such unconditional love and ask for little in return.

Blondslave, I am so sorry for your loss! It is really hard to lose a furry family member.

Happy Valentines day everyone!! Be careful with the chocolate and candies. I guess I am "lucky" in that my DH has never brought me chocolates or candy for valentines day so I won't have too much temptation around me!

I have a new Bible study starting up here in 15 min at my home. I decided to make a Oatmeal, Honey Raisen bread, with half whole wheat flour to serve as a snack instead of some really sweet suggary thing that I should not eat!
