I went to a new chiropractor today. I already knew I had a straight neck. He looked at my x-rays and said that I have the neck of a 113 year old. I have degenerative disease, osteoarthritis, bone spurs and a couple other things that I had never heard of and now can't remember. I just turned 55 two weeks ago. I knew my neck was in bad shape and hurts most of the time but geeze.

I'm in for the month of February. I drank my 16 oz water had a healthy breakfast and I'm ignoring the fresh baked carmel rolls that the residents and staff had for breakfast. Victory dance. I'm heading outside to sew and organize in the loft above the garage My DH hung some bright lights above my long arm table, so I can se I can see!!!

I was planning on re-joining Weight Watchers this morning. It is snowing and the road are really bad so I am staying home. I guess I will hide in my sewing room all day and try to figure out the 2 quilts that are giving me trouble. I am making a baby quilt for my new grandson.(due April 23) They have asked for something Charley Harper looking. So I decided to copy his zoo babies poster. I made a background out of the Ricky Timms convergence pattern and I like it. I made my paper templates last night and have them all laid out and I think it looks too cluttered. So now I need to rethink my design. GRRRRR! Also instead of going to Weight Watchers I made Chocolate chip cookies. I guess that is another GRRRR They are calling my name right now.

OMG!!!! you had to go and make some Choc Chip cookies.....and no way to get them out of the house. Now you know what you need to do. LOL ENJOY them.

My plans today as soon as I get off the computer, is to work on this t-shirt quilt. After I finish the ones I need to do, never again.

For any of the new comers for this month. At the beginning of a quarter I post 3 months worth of themes. If you want to send in 2 months worth of FQ's aka "skinny quarters" You are more than welcome to, you will still have to sign up on the next month thread.

As you know this month is Turquiose/shades of blue green
    march is coral/shades of sunset

I have a spread sheet that I keep all the info on as to who sent in for more than one month. I know for some it saves some postage. Also some have chosen to help with a small donation to help with shipping cost to the winner. I don't expect anyone to send it is on a volunteer basis.

TO those who have helped, a big Thank you.

Thank you for the reminder to sign up again.

You have my FQ for this month.

I need to be more focused on looking after me this month.

I'm going to give it a try this month. I'll send my skinny quarter in on Monday.

I'm riding along for February, still eating my high protein, low carb, low cal diet and I already drink tons of water every day.
As long as I eat this way I stay strong and not hungry.
It's the holidays and "occasions" that are obstacles for me. Thankfully we aren't doing any of those any time soon.
I did take my grandmouslings for a once a month milkshake.
I chewed my tropical orange trident like a good mousie.
    I just love that stuff
