A work of art that I can admire, but have no desire to be able to do. I'm happy you have enjoyed the process and have learned of your new talent.

You clearly have a great "touch"... I had so much fun during the years decorating cakes, cupcakes, and cookies... lots of cookies... for years, all the kids in my children's homeroom class received a cookie with their name on it during holiday parties. One of the last years in my teaching career, a student came in one day having "one of those days" and when I asked how I could make it better, she paused and said, "Do you have a cookie?" I called home (where my DD was home for the holidays) and asked her to bake some cookies and we decorated them for my class... the kids couldn't believe I'd put their name on a cookie... The crazy thing was how weak my hands had become... my lines were quite "squiggly" but the names were legible... The other crazy thing is that these students will probably remember this moment more than any teaching moment we had... sigh (with a wink)

You will enjoy this skill for many years!
