Marsye- Trazadone is used a lot in the hospital to help patients sleep. It's actually an anti-depressant as well but they found that it worked for insomnia. It's safe.
But I have to tell ya- Maggie purrs me to sleep every single night!!

I have taken Trazadone for 2 years and have had no side effects. I take 50mg at bedtime and it works fast. I get through the thanking part of my nightly prayer but am asleep before I get to the asking part. Maybe that's why I haven't sold my house. Anyone that can stay awake, please pray that I sell my house very soon. Thanks.
