Please see if they would approve you for physical therapy. If they don't research and see what you could do by yourself. I know it hurts, but all I have heard and seen the more you move it the better it is in the long run.

You should call your Dr. to see if it is ok to start bending it. Some Drs want you to wait a bit(usually less than two weeks) to start bending it. Some Dr.s want to start right away. Since it is a weekend you can call the hospital ask for the nurses station where you were and ask the nurse what your Dr usually reccomends. HUGS! Glad you are doing well.

I had total knee replacement on both knees 3.5 months apart. The best think I ever did! I am 63 and now I can do things I haven't been able to do for years. Just stay with all the exercises and therapy they want to do. It is well worth it in the end.

Good luck and a speedy recovery to you.

I am thinking this is all they want you to do until your next office visit, then they will give you additional instructions.

If you have questions in the meantime, you can always call your surgeon :D:D:D

Wishing you a speedy recovery :D:D:D
