    Flu Season again

Do you get a flu shot? What over the counter meds do you take in case you get the flu?

The last few years I have not gotten a flu shot. I've gotten by with plenty of sleep and orange juice. On occasion I feel the onset of a cold, I'll take cold eeze (sp?) I think I might get a shot this year, though, since I've been visiting a lot of nursing homes lately.?

no flu shot and if I get a cold (or allergies) I can't take anything either or at the turn of my head, my nose starts bleeding. My mom asked the doctor about it one time when I was younger and he said the only option was a $50 cold medicine prescription. My mom told me to suck it up and deal :( So I get plenty of sleep, Vitamin C, and unscented lotion for my poor nose
