I have to leave about 2:00 to go to the eye doctor with DH, so I'm sure that's when she'll have it! :wink:

my neighbor is going to try and run by and look at patches. honestly i trust her more then my vet as she specializes in foaling out mares.

shadow and dancer are in the stall. shadow just got his first bath and when hes dries i will be clipping the hair off. hes not happy right now

How nice to see them again! Doesn't Dancer look trim? Not a fat little barrel anymore! And Shadow is growing like a weed - what a cutie pie! I guess I'll always have a soft spot for them as they were my 'first' - mare stare that is! LOL

Isn't that interesting ... I always thought when the calves were nursing and wagging their tails, they were happy! All sorts of young critters do that ... and, the reality was - - happy had nothing to do with anything!

Kay, any more info on Patches :? I am hoping she has stopped showing the signs that have been concerning you!!!

I sure get a kick out of the visitors in the stall!!! Those youngin's sure do grow quickly :D :D :D Kay! 90 degree weather and you are clipping??? I do not envy you :shock: I bet the fur has really been flying with the fans on to keep you all cool.

Ohhhh the babies have lost their fuzziness....they still look darned cute though awww they still have some newborn fuzzy hair left on their mane and tail :D :D

Just got home! No BABY, yet :!: Is Patches OK? Did she need the vet?

Hi Susie - hope your OK! Kay was talking about getting her neighbour to take a look. I think Patches is just taking the air! It's nice to see Dancer again but Patches pushing out a filly would be better! :D
