It's called dormant oil spray. It's too late for you to use it this year, however; it has to be used before the fruit buds open. There are lots of articles about it online. Here is a link to one:

My neighbor told me to spray my trees with soap and water to kill bugs.but not
on my plumeria tree it kills the leafs,but they do come back.
Fill a spray bottle
with water and add some dish soap about a teaspoon.
it does work on my other fruit trees and herbs. I sure am going to try epsom salt, learned something new today. Thanks.
