Frustrated because I cannot post pictures.

I have tried the last two weeks to post pictures of some baby quilts I made and they just will not post. I am running Window XP Professional and right click on the browse button, right click on the picture and open and then the browse block is not highlighted anymore. Tried right clicking the browse button and left clicking the picture and open and still will not post. I'm ready to scream.

I never right click. I left click browse, double left click the file name of the picture I want to load. Then the file name should appear in the little box immediately to the left of the browse button and hit send (do not preview). If you want to caption the picture you just type in your caption in the very long box to the left most. I just loaded a sample picture to make sure my instructions are right. Are your files the correct format? They must be GIF, JPG, BMP pr PNG files.

OK. I'm running the same windows you are and I just went through the steps. It is left click for everything.
Left click "Browse"
Double left click you folder of pictures.
Double left click the picture.
Do not preview or all will be lost.
Left click "Browse"
Double left click you folder of pictures.

i clicked browse, then found folder for picture. clicked on the photo once and on Open. then it shows C:\Users in the box by the word Browse. that means it's there. then just click Send on the posting you are doing.

Click on "quilting forum" at the top left of the page.
Click on "Pictures" section of the list
Click on "Create New topic"- this should open up a window that you can write your title, & a box that you can write about your picture.
Click on "browse" below the writing box. This should take you to your picture files in your computer.
Click on the file you want to open.
Click on the picture you want to post
Click on "open" at the bottom of the file.
Click on "send" below the browse section.
DO NOT click on preview!
That should do it!
