Yes, and food and clothing and everything else goes up. Except wages - I haven't had a raise in 8 years and probably never will.

Gas Buddy dot com to locate the cheapest gas in US and Canada. Plan ahead. It WILL be at least $5.00/gal by Memorial Day. Unfortunately, all the conditions internationally are perfect for this.

Everything moves by truck at some point. All the building materials in your house, all the furnishings in your house, every single food item in your house, and all the clothes you own came by truck. Sustained high fuel prices hurt the price of *everything.*

I haven't been out for a few days so I'm not sure what gas is here now. The last time I filled up it was 3.29 but that's been close to a month ago. The cost to fill up hubby's car has jumped every week for the last three weeks.
