Here's a picture of my new boxer baby, Jack. We adopted today from boxer rescue. He's about 11 months old and a little underweight, but we think he'll come along. He is a very sweet natured dog. He's really sleeping a lot today, but he seems healthy enough. That's his brother sitting with him :-) (aka my son).

Is that a statue of a tortoise in the background or a real tortoise????

I have sooooooo many babies!! My DH is a herpetologist (someone who studies reptiles) so the majority of my "babies" are scaley . . but I do have a few fuzzy ones. If anyone would like to see pictures I will post a list of what we have in our house :-)

    32 snakes (different species)
    6 Spur-thigh tortoises
    4 leopard geckos
    1 bearded dragon (rescue)
    1 blue tailed monitor (rescue)
55 gallon fresh water community fishtank
29 gallon fresh water community fishtank
5 guinea pigs (I breed for the local pet store)
2 dogs (we each have one and they are both currently sleeping in the livingroom while I play on the laptop in here)

That about covers it :-) I LOVE cats but unfortunately I am allergic to cats . . . so we do not have any of those

Toby on left and Rosie on right - - sleeping on either side of my legs

Nabisco (black and white) and Graham (fuzzy black and brown) were my first two guinea pigs

    One of the tortoises :-)

It's a big honkin' statue of a tortoise, took 3 of us to get it out of the trunk (me, my son and his girlfriend) of the car and then I got in trouble with DH because we scratched the car a bit. I love that kind of stuff, have gargolyles and mermaid/man too.

Yep :-) We have a variety of boas and colubrids (corn snakes, king snakes) and a few pythons (nothing huge)

Thought I would post a picture of my two fur babies. Both are Shih-Tzus. The black & white one is Jazzy and the liver colored one is Rufus.
