Garage Sales, Rummage Sales Tips (Let's get organized)
I challenge all of you to get things ready for a garage sale. So you can make some extra $$$ to buy fabric and quilting supplies.
I am now fall cleaning at my house to get ready to have one so I thought I wonder who else was cleaning and organizing to make some extra $$$.
I found this link to help us to get organized for a garage or rummage sale.

Who else is in for this challenge (if so post a note so we can have fun)

Its actually late for garage sales around this area. The weather is turning cooler and the people have loads of other things to do. We always have better luck selling stuff in the spring, but good luck! I hope you sell lots and make $$$$$

Ours really slow down after Labor Day too... when it is cold, the only ones that do well are held inside a building...
So that would be my tip, plan for it inside in cold climates, out of the wind/rain/cold :D:D:D

Been going through a whole bunch of stuff and filling boxes for a yard sale next spring. Do like to hold one in late summer before college students go back to school if I have a lot of household stuff, but missed out this year.
