    Default getting Downloadable patterns

I want a pattern at Keepsake quilting. i just emailed them and then noticed they say the pattern you buy will stay in your account at their site. I do not want it to download to my computer. do i get to print it out from them though?
I haven't done this in awhile. i like paper ones but do print some out that open to let me do that and then close. free ones, that is.
    thanks

I think you have to download it and then print it. Then you can delete it from your computer........I'm no expert.

Do you have an anti virus program on your computer like Norton? If I want to download something I do and then run my antivirus. Norton actually warns you if the download is unsafe. I don't think you'd get a virus from Keepsake Quilting. You're apt to get it from free sites though. I'm not sure if you actually have to download things to get the virus or just open them on your computer.

Make sure your virus protection program is up to date. Had a virus on mine and the computer guy told me you get a lot of those when you try to get free patterns from different sites.

Yes, you do need to do the updates when they notify you about them.

oh yes, i have virus protection. they never are full proof. Keepsake got back with me and said I would down load to my computer. so might not do it. The quilt would take a lot of time but looked so interesting. strips galore made into diamonds. fons and porter American Pie.

Omg! Just watched that episode (3013) on love of quilting. It is Marianne version of an antique quilt. So intense !
why not just order a hard copy pattern from F & P?
