This little fella had a rough start in life as he took a big gulp of ambiotic fluid right before the pulled him out. ( csection) He was in bad shape for about a week. Two holes in his heart. one has closed up but the other one has not yet so he is still facing surgery if it doesnt close soon. :-( For those of you in Va. he was born on the day of the big snowstorm in 2009(dec 18th)
we drove thru that storm to get to Iowa. Got thru the WV turnpike right before they closed it!

I hope the other hole closes soon, so he doesn't have to face surgery. I'll keep him and your family in my prayers. :)

When they hold their arms up out to you...doesn't it make you feel like a rock star? I don't have a lot of experience with kids but took care of a friend's for a few months a couple days a week and whenever I go over for a visit now and she does that my heart just leaps!
