My husband, daughter, and myself are flying to
Omaha, Nebraska for a wedding in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
We land at 3:30 and will be leaving on Monday.
Sure wish we arrived early enough to find a quilt shop but I don't think that will happen.
Sunday we will have time during the day to do whatever before the wedding at 6.00.
Not sure what to do. Does anyone live there or near there?

My sister lives in Omaha, I used to many years ago. I know the Hancocks in Omaha is having a huge sale as sis called and told me about it. It was a clean sweep sale, lots of stuff for 1, 2, and 3 dollars a yard. Might give them a call and see if it is still going on.

If you have time, the Leid Jungle at the Henry Dorly Zoo is so awesome! Its indors but you feel like you're in an actual jungle and walking amoung the animals there. Don't worry they can't get you. By far the best zoo hands down! I never got to the Desert Dome but the jungle itself is worth a trip there! Have fun!

Thanks for info and the zoo sounds very interesting as well as the sale of fabric!!! Yes, we may do both.
