This is the best forum..and I may not be able to check in for the next couple of weeks...
I will be away in Varadero, Cuba on vacation from Sun (May 2 to the 16th)....
I am hoping to be able to check in from there but just in case I don't, just wanted to let my friends know that I haven't forgotten them and that I'm not that far - actually I'll probably be closer to some of you when I'm in Cuba than I am now :-)....I do know that there is 1 place on the highway where we can see the lights of Florida as you drive along...which is pretty cool.
Hugs to everyone.....I'm not leaving yet but just wanted to drop in and say hi a bit early......

Hi Earthwalker,
It is a fun and exciting place..this will be my 3rd visit - love it there so much.....this time my goal is to try to find local quilters...or people who dabble in patchwork of some sort....
Last year I found a piece that was made with yo-yo's and I love it.....will see what I an find!

Yes, will bring back lots of pictures....anyone who is on facebook can find me on there - and I'll be doing photo albums when I get back...
