Me too! It's minus 12 here and I'm wrappted in my bright pink fleece robe covered with a flannel quilt - although that Waffle House Place sounds wonderful! Make it a good day everyone :thumbup: :thumbup:

I brought my sewing machine downstairs yesterday so I could sew and be DH.
going to check on my mom and back home to sew. I don't like this ice but jammies and quilting seem to go together these days!

Snow day in south Louisiana! It hasn't snowed yet but they decided yesterday to close schools today and tomorrow. Expecting a little ice. I have to run to the Post Office before it starts.

I'm sitting here trying to get motivated to make coffee. We got hammered yesterday and last night with the storm, the sun is shining today but its only 11 degrees..brrrrrrrrr

It is -7 here this am. Staying warm is the goal for the day. I have to get out to feed the feral cats and perhaps go to the PO. And work on my current UFO from 2006, lol.

Drinking COFFEE, ate oatmeal for breakfast and for dessert I had Amoxicillin 500 MG and Lorcet. HA HA Hope they kick in and this tooth quits hurting!

I feel for all of you. I can't handle the cold. It is a "beautiful South Florida Day." The high today will be about 80 and the low about 60. If it could be this all year around, I'd be a happy camper. No Snow days for me. :(
(and hopefully..........NO HURRICANE DAYS, can't sew on those). I hope everyone stays warm and safe.
