I saw the video last night on Facebook ... it was wonderful!! I watched it a couple of times. What a great thing to do ... young directors wanted to do something about the title of "Dying City," and WOW did they ever do something.

I grew up in Grand Rapids, moved to Iowa in 2005. The video shows a nice peaceful Grand Rapids. What about Bridge St or Divison Ave? I will admit though, I miss it. What a way to make an impact, this video.

Obviously telling you to come to Grand Rapids and meet all the friendly folk there. I have friends and family from there and I can vouch it's nice to visit.

Wow, that was pretty cool! I grew up in GR and had to move to Lansing when I got married. Still here but got all my family still there.

What an awesome video and I smiled the whole way thru it. A slap in the face to the "dying city" folks, I'd say. Way to go Grand Rapids!!!!!

Grand Rapids is a fab place. This weekend they have Festival Grand Rapids! This town is definitely not a dying city. Moved from there 15 years ago to Kalamazoo and we love going back to shop, eat and see friends and family. Lots to do for all ages in the city and just 30 minutes or so from our wonderful Lake Michigan...
