We should know more this week. The state fire marshall from Austin will be there tomorrow but she has said they have a person of interest. Really surprised how many here know where Hamilton is and have been there.

That is so awful! Fire terrifies me. I'm so sorry - I wish you the best in rebuilding! - and I hope they catch who did it!!!

WOW! So very sorry that this happened! I certainly hope they catch whoever caused the fire! That is just awful. My Dad retired from the Fire Dept after 25 years & I highly respect fire. Never could understand how anyone in their right mind could enjoy setting fires intentionally!!! Above my comprehension. I hope you do rebuild. Looks like it was a lovely place!

My husband is a retired firefighter 25 years of service. He now works for a consulting company investigating fires. It never ceases to amaze me when he is working a fire the information he learns....they will probably get the person who set it. So sorry for your loss...old buildings are the best.
