    Happy Birthday, Mousie! That makes you, what, 29? (again??  :?: :?: :?: :!: :!: :!: ) <giggles>

Anyhow, hope it was filled with plenty of treats, pressies, warm hugs and laughter from all your family and far-flung friends!

I won't sing for you (wouldn't put you through that torture), but will enjoy a cookie in your honor!

    Odessa

DD, gave hubby some strong cane syrup for Christmas that he wants me to use, so haven't gotten around to making them yet.
Did your cookies live up to their name? Who did you serve them too? hubby, I bet:lol:
We are going to start, this coming December to have a family reunion type thing, 7-10 days before Christmas, here at mousepad. will have snack foods and gag gifts. I'm making the cookies, lol! (think that will gag them? )

Actually the cookies are quite good! Of course I ate them in moderation only (so did DH since he is diabetic)...so I don't know if their "magic" power really works.

I did give some tins of them away...but I included the warning. I haven't heard anything back...so I guess they were ok.

wow, if you gave them away, they must have been good.
unless...lol, that is the reason you gave them away:lol:
well, until I get around to making them for hubby, my family won't eat enough of just those to 'feel the magic' either. hmmm, i better put a quota on how many hubby can have at one time
