LOL, it's nice to know that I'm not the only one with this problem. Everytime I find one that works they discontinue it and I'm back at it again. I find that as I get older that I can't wait to take that thing off when ever I can.

OMG....I swear you have been with me on bra shopping trips....I laughed so hard the DH asked what was so funny. He doesn't understand that a comfortable bra and a bra that fits right are NEVER the same bra. I absotively, posolutely refuse to wear underwires....not happening. Gravity is an evil thing....I think sometimes I will just tuck the girls into the waistband of my pants and be done with em! LOL

it means I have more boob than backside the fitting lady said..
what it really means is that I will NEVER find a bra to fit me really well...all the ones they get here "divide" the girls..I tried to tell the lady they are siamese twins and love togetherness..she said NO, they need to be divided...why...she never answered...great...
we only have Dillards here that sometimes will get in a bra to fit me...I fell in love with one...but at $85 I had to say NO....sigh
My problem is mine are divided naturally. Trying to find a bra that has cups that far apart is very difficult. I wound up spending (gulp)$60 on a Natori bra at Nordstrom. The lady fitted me and came in with four bras and they all fit. I only got one (I can buy at least 6yards of fabric with one bra!) but it is very nice.

adorabowe, you didn't tell us which bra that is..... I'm interested to know, I just need comfort! :D

Do you all know that A MAN invented the bra!!!!!
I also have a tough time finding a bra.
My life long dream is to belong to the Itty Bitty T***y Committee. My husband says that committee isn't taking any new people so I guess I am stuck.

We could all just take some duct tape and tape them up over our shoulders and then we don't have to wear a bra and they would be "where" they belong!!!!

VS, Body by Victoria, full coverage/lightly padded, refit every six months.

Never thought I'd find something there (and sometimes I have to order online to get a good color selection in my size) but it's my One True Love. Swoon. As soon as it starts feeling uncomfortable I go for a measurement and replace it.

The sides have never cut into me and the straps are little bit wider than most others. Softest fabric I've ever seen in a bra.
I had an under-wire bra once. It was brand new and the first day I had worn it. Got into a bit of a skirmish one evening and spent the night in the pokie! They wanted my clothing to change into their fine jail wear. I asked if I could have my bra PLEASE. It was brought back to me, but the under-wire had been removed. :-( The next morning, they gave me my wires back and I went home and tried to fix the hole they made to take the wire out. I thought all was well. By noon, the wire had worked it's way out of the right side and was poking me in the arm pit. There is a moral to that story somewhere, but I'm just not sure where.

I agree. It is so much more comfortable. People really do not understand them.
Thank you. I have to very carefully explain and stress the 1860s part, especially that it's made to fit me (and only me).

Guess if I could make a bra to fit me (and only me), I would prefer that also.
