I finally got in touch with them this afternoon and I hope we have the problem solved. They are hoping to ship my order Monday. I've ordered from them several times and like their products. I don't mind an order being delayed but it irks me when they won't email and let you know there is a problem. Hope this was just a one time thing. If my order comes in ok this time, I'll give them another chance. Thanks for reading and responding everyone. Have a nice weekend.

There are significant floods in the midwest. Many areas are flooded with several feet of water. Roads are not passable in some areas. Even if this wasn't the case in their specific area, getting something shipped out of there now would be quite a challenge.
