How well I remember the winters in Solvay, Batavia, and Watertown, NY. Think I'll just stay here on the Delmarva Peninsula where that happens only occasionally thank you.

We have had very cold weather but not nearly as much snow as both east and west of us. Remember the winter of 77/78 tho when we had the blizzard. Can do without all that snow!

Yes, I do remember! I was in college in NE Ohio at the time. The whole state closed down if I remember correctly.

I'm from west central Minnesota and I say "enough already"! Although the North East has been getting hit pretty darn hard. I say "better them than me" LOL but not in a mean way.

YIKES!!!! I am so very glad that we seldom get more than an inch or so of snow. How long or when, rather, will that ever melt???? And my feelings will not be hurt one little bit if you keep all that pretty snow for your enjoyment! LOL!
