We need rain. Woke up two mornings ago to what appeared to be fog but latter realized it was smoke that had traveled up from all the fires. With all the flooding, drought, earth quake, and hurricanes (with two more out in the ocean), I think God is trying to get our attention, I know he has mine.

I live in Springfield, MO, went to Iowa for a week and we got some rain their. On the way back home, I noticed that from I-70 and south, things were still dry. No rain here and we need it badly.

I wish that I could share with you. We have had enough! PA is flooding around Philadelphia.

Wish we could send you folks in Texas some of our rain/water...we have water everywhere in central PA as you may have seen on national news. Would love to share it with you, but not as much as we have here. Our home is safe and sound but some friends have not made out as well. Looking forward to the end of the rain and some SUN that we haven't seen in over a week. We are strong and will make it.

Have we had rain?! More than enough. Flooding causing such destruction. But I keep looking to see if Texas has had any rain. Terrible drought there. Either way, flood or drought, it's hard to deal with for sure.
