I wish there was a huge wind to blow our rain to the fires out west -It started raining here sunday before dark and its only stopped long enough to catch its breath for harder rainfall-stronger winds and chillier temps. They say that tues and weds will be dry -maybe

We've been cloudy, drizzly with record breaking cold temperatures all week. It's gloomy but we are very fortunate not to have the flooding like in the north east or fires like in Texas.

no rain -- cool temps but with the smoke in the air -- we're are east and maybe south of the Magnolia fire-- praying for rain -- never thought that I would welcome a hurricane!

We have had thunderstorms that have not produced much rain but they sure have started a lot of fires. We have had smoke in the air for several weeks now.

If I could I would definitely send you some of the monsoon bands of rain we get just about every day. Here in So. FL. it is our rainy season and sometimes the rain is so hard you cannot see out the window.
Hope that you are safe from the fires and will get the relief you need very soon.

Rain? Rain? We have had nothing but for the last week. Inches and inches. Schools are closed today because of flooded roads. Sure wish we could send you some. My DH and I are making plans for an Ark. One DD gets very depressed in this weather, another couldn't get home last night and had to spend the nite in D.C. Oh, yes, we have had rain.
