    Sounds like you are picking a ham operator or truckers cd calls. Just my guess!

    My guess is a ham radio, or CB or police radio coming through on your speaker.

    When I was a kid my dad would chew me out every morning for playing the radio all night. Come to find out it was the central heating & cooling unit. Somehow it was picking up signals. My sew cave is a metal bldg. It is well insulated but in the corner where cd player is when you turn it off you can still hear sounds. It may be that wall antenna. Freaked me out the 1st time I heard it.
