I also looked for this and learned it was taken off the market since it was too big of a dose of aspirin, and also had caffeine (bad to take during a heart attack). My daughter is a nurse and told me about a new product called UrgentRx Aspirin to Go - it is a fast-acting aspirin first aid made to be a heart attack first aid. I think they have a website at www.urgentrx.com. Hope this is helpful to everyone :)

In August and Sept of last year,I had a hard time breathing, and top of my shoulders ached so bad.I laid it to asthma and fibromyalgia. On Sept 7th I took myself to emergency. To make a long story short,I now have 4 stents, can breathe much better and feel so much better.I will not lay the problems to anything and will make tracks to hospital.

I am a CPR Coordinator and you should actually chew one adult or two baby aspirins and make sure they are not enteric coated.

I have a cardiac arrythmia and leaking mitral valve. Fortunately when I got symptoms, I had it checked out. Wore a halter moniter for 24 hours, had to fill out a booklet every hour to write down how I felt. Was cross because I didn't feel weird and I thought nothing had happened that day. Turns out my heart had at least 12 severe episodes during that time-frame. I now take beta-blockers and have regular check ups.

As some others posted, women have different symptoms to men. I felt lightheaded and had a smothering feeling in my neck/throat area....information and education is the key to survival.
