Default Help! Embroidery stabelizer for rip-stop nylon?

Does anyone know what type of stabelizer I should use for embroidering words on rip-stop nylon? I used a double layer of med. wgt. tear away & had many puckers. I also have trouble with the hoop gapping on the long sides.

    Thanks, Marilee
