Default Help! How should I cut this fabric?

I'd like to make triangle and/or square scarves from this fabric, but can't figure out how to cut it so the crowns are facing up? Can anyone help?

Do you already have scarves you wear? Try laying them on the fabric and lining up your top edge and then if necessary turn the fabric until it's in the direction you want x

in addition to what notmorecraft said, if you don't have a scarf you could get the dimensions from a web scearch, cut a paper template and do the same maybe.
