Ah, so it wasn't a figment of my imagination. ;-)
    Thank you.
I'm just amused that I remember even that.
I learned another language in my 20's and apparently my brain only had enough cells allocated to retain one. So adios went the Espanol.

nope - it wasn't a figment of your imagination! At least you remembered it! I've taught it to high schoolers who seem to have a problem retaining anything for more than 2 weeks. :D

It was a shape that was formed - all the pronouns were in 2 columns (singular/plural) - and as Jennifer said, the ones that fell within the boot shape had some commonality in the spelling of the root when conjugating the verb.

    Something like that.

I'm going to lie down now.

If you are just wanting something to practice your Spanish do some searches online. I can't remember what the websites were called but they had a lot of little practice assignments and such. They had beginner stuff to some of the more advanced stuff.
I studied Spanish for a few years in college. I also took French for a few years in high school. Some of the stuff is very similar. So if you are looking for a 3rd language French might me easier for you. Or it might be harder. Trying to keep one separate from the other.

I was thinking about doing French and if my school does add on Italian (it's on the list of courses offered but no classes listed) I will most likely do Italian.

    And Jennifer, thank you! :)

I can highly recommend this book. I have lived in Spain for nearly 10 years now. This gives you a great understanding of how the words are used:

Madrigalīs Magic Key to Spanish by Margareta Madrigal
    Mucha Suerte a ti

Japanese sorry I canīt help you with that, only one phrase which is quite nice, "Domo Arigato Gozimashita" (Thank you for visiting)

I want to take this summer to start learning to read in Spanish and Japanese... I start my Japanese classes in June and the next level of Spanish in Fall (level 201). Any suggestions would be wonderful! Also if you could point me in the direction of where I could find them too would be great!

Ve, Perro, Ve (Go Dog Go)
El Gato en el Sombrero (The Cat in the Hat)

I know these ones and plan on buying them soon, most of the Dr. Suess books that I like are on the list of ones to buy. Though if you know where I can get them in Japanese for inexpensive, let me know please! (Amazon is ridiculous... and Ebay was no help.)
Try www.alibris.com It is a world wide book store of private people who want to keep books out of landfills. I buy from them all the time. No hassles of any kind yet. Books start at $1.99!

If you know the titles your library should be able to inter library loan books they do not have.
