I wouldn't pass this opportunity. You never know what you might find. If you have ANY extra money you can spend right now, I don't think you would regret it. Of course, you want to make sure of the quality of the fabric before purchasing, but if her mom worked in a LQS she probably got some great fabrics.

Take someone with you but YES you should go. If the price is good get it if not walk away. I wish I could find a deal like that BUT even if I did find one I couldn't afford to buy it.
