If you haven't done so lately, you might want to get your thyroid levels checked. That was a symptom I had before I was diagnosed as hypo(slow)thyroid.

Does anyone know if this works? Please help :!: :!:
Doc told my MIL to stop drinking Folger's Coffee. Said it had something in it that caused hair loss. Just this brand. May be thyroid too. Good luck.

Have you had any kind of trauma lately? I had surgery a couple of years ago and after the anesthesia, I lost quite a bit of hair, for a while and I too have a lot of hair and really thick. It also turned almost completely gray.

I haven't had a trauma, just stress with kids out of jobs and DH's stuff from agent orange and the car accident he had last summer. And of course we can't forget the price of everything going sky high. You know, just the usual! But the funny thing is my hair is also getting lighter again. Closer to the blond it was when I was a kid. When I was having babies it got darker with each one. The body does weird things!

When I had both of my boys I lost hair like crazy. My hair was strawberry blonda & wavy curly. Then got straight as I got older except when it was humid. Now it is getting fussy curly like since I hit the big 55. Weird what happens to us.
